Mitre Street Shiraz is dark and weighty, with lots of ripe fruit. Enjoy on its own or with tasty sausages, roast lamb, casseroles or a tomato and haricot bean cassoulet-style dish. Drink by end 2010.

Named after Argentina's first President, Mitre Street runs alongside Andean Vineyards, where this magnificent red is made.

Winemaker Rodolfo Sadler (Opi to his friends) spared no expense when crafting this mighty red. Hand-harvested grapes from Argentina's highest vineyards and the finest oak barrels were used to ensure that the Shiraz lived up to its distinguished name.

Richly coloured with well-balanced fruits, sweet tannins and well integrated oak. Soft and slinky mouthfeel with a spicy finish. Enjoy with roasted meats or string cheeses.
